Annual Members Meeting 2021/22

Each year, the Students' Union is required to hold an Annual Members Meeting (AMM) that all students are invited to attend.

 This year's AMM will take place on Thursday 21st April, at 5pm in the Media Innovation Studio (on the 4th floor of the Media Factory).

You can also join the meeting via Teams here

The main items of business will be:

  • Presentation of the Students’ Union Annual Report with an opportunity for members to ask questions to the Trustees on the Union’s plans for the year ahead.
  • Members Business – Discussion of resolutions received from Members
  • Presentation of the Financial Statements (Audited Accounts) of the Union

If you wish to submit a formal motion for the meeting please drop Students' Union President Zuleikha an email for more information. The deadline to submit a motion is Tuesday 19th April at 12pm, and there is a 200 word limit.
