I'm really excited about the opportunity to join the GP Society as treasurer. General practice is a field that deeply fascinates me because of its diverse range of conditions and the chance to connect with a wide variety of patients on multiple occasions, which helps build strong rapport.
In my role as treasurer on the committee, I envision collaborating closely with the events coordinator to manage finances efficiently and effectively. Together, we can plan a myriad of events tailored to the needs of prospective GP medical students, providing them with valuable resources and networking opportunities.
Being part of this committee aligns perfectly with my passion for supporting future GPs and contributing to the growth and development of the field. I am eager to bring my skills and enthusiasm to the table to help make a positive impact within the society.
