LGBT+ people often do not feel included in the workplace, and this can impact on their sense of belonging.

LGBT+ people often do not feel included in the workplace, and this can impact on their sense of belonging. Not being out means they are not their authentic selves. By making our University LGBT+ inclusive, staff and students will be happier, and more engaged at work and study. This is a great training session for those who want to go an extra mile to help LGBT+ people feel included and respected on and about campus.
