Halloween Bake Sale and Competition! Bake, decorate, or just come along for a sweet treat!
Have a love for baking? Enjoy decorating? Want to simply give it a go? Or would you simply like to buy a sweet treat?
The Halloween Bake Off is BACK! Open to all, hosted by the Forensic Science Society!
Join us in Foster Refectory, between 12-3pm, for a Halloween themed bake off! Any goods that are brought along will be sold at the sale, so there is one important rule:
Please declare any and all allergens and ingredients on your goods, and please state if there is a possibility that your baked goods have come into contact with other allergens!
The main allergens are: NUTS AND PEANUTS, WHEAT/GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOY, EGGS, SESAME, SULPHUR DIOXIDE/SULPHITES, but please declare all ingredients on a piece of card alongside your creations! If in doubt, list everything or bring along packaging!
Any note about Halal / Kosher suitibility would also be appreciated!
Entries should be one large cake, or up to 12 small traybakes, slices, cakes or biscuits! Or simply buy something from the supermarket and decorate it yourself!
PLEASE NOTE: There is a £2 entry cost for any baked entries as proceeds from the sale will be going to charity! This can be cash or card payment! (Charity details TBA)
