A Halloween themed bake-off competition, followed by sale of entries to benefit Macmillan Cancer Support
Do you have a love for baking? A knack for decorating? Simply want to give it a go? Or would you just like to pop along for a sweet treat?
Join us in Foster Refectory, Wednesday 31st October from 12pm-3pm for a Halloween Bake-Off, followed by sale of all entries to benefit Macmillan Cancer Support! There will be a prize for the best entry! This event is run by the Forensic Science society, but it is open to EVERYONE! The more the merrier!
Please note that there is a £2 entry fee for all bakes. This can be paid either by cash, card or via a donation QR code on the day. Goods will be sold for 50p - £1 per unit afterwards, to benefit Macmillan.
If you enter any goods, please include a list of all ingredients with allergens in BOLD in order to ensure we follow standard food safety guidelines! If in doubt, list everything and/or bring along any packaging! If possible, please also state vegetarian/vegan/Halal/Kosher suitability!
Any entries can either be storebought and decorated yourself, or fully homemade! Please bring either one large cake, or up to 12 smaller cupcakes, biscuits or cookies!
All proceeds from entries and sales will be going to Macmillan Cancer Support, and a grand total in donations will be announced once the event has concluded.
