Sessions are open to everyone, with a background in martial arts or not, so don't be shy to join as a beginner on Tuesdays and Thursdays to meet new people and learn some self-defense skills.
Feel free to join us at any point during the year, but our taster sessions will be especially beginner-friendly. Just come in your gym clothes and with some water to stay hydrated!
