UCLan Students’ Union Elections – Lucky Dip Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The Lucky Dip is open to all current UCLan students who cast a vote in the UCLan Students' Union Elections
• Only one Lucky Dip prize per student is allowed

How to enter

• Vote in the UCLan Students' Union Elections to receive a Lucky Dip card

Prizes

• Prizes include a free drink (redeemable for any tall or grande hot or iced drink at Starbucks, or any hot drink at Lampworks) or a free meal (redeemable for any single item at Lampworks, excluding sharers)
• Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards

Redemption

• Lucky Dip prizes must be redeemed following the instructions on the cards by Friday 30th May 2025
• The Students' Union reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without notice

General

• The decision of UCLan Students’ Union is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding prize allocation
• By participating, students agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

UCLan Students’ Union Elections – £250 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to all UCLan students who vote in the UCLan Students' Union Elections
• Only one entry per student

How to enter

• Every eligible student who votes in the UCLan Students' Union Elections will be automatically entered into the draw

Prize

• One winner will receive a £250 bank transfer prize

Winner selection and announcement

• The winner will be chosen at random after Thursday 20th March 2025 at 3pm
• The winner will be contacted using their student email address

Claiming the prize

• If the winner does not respond within seven days of being contacted, another winner may be selected

The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded

General

• UCLan Students’ Union reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time
• The decision of UCLan Students’ Union is final

UCLan Students’ Union – Samsung promotion terms and conditions

Eligibility

• The Samsung promotion is open to all UCLan students who take part in the Samsung promotion at UCLan Students' Union.

• Only one voucher per student.

Voucher details

• The voucher entitles the holder to £5 off any food or drink at the Students’ Union Café and Lampworks.

• Alcohol is not included in this promotion.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

How to redeem

• Vouchers must be redeemed by Friday 30th May 2025.

• Vouchers can only be used at the Students' Union Café and Lampworks.
• The discount is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
