We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Board of Trustees as a People & Culture External Trustee. In this role, you will help shape our organisation’s culture, champion equity, diversity, and inclusion, and ensure that our people strategies align with our values and mission. Your expertise in HR, leadership, or organisational development will be vital in supporting a positive and empowering environment for both staff and stakeholders.
