These are short updates about where I am at with each manifesto aim :)

I have created a gym space survey after much discussion about an inclusive gym space on campus. I have had discussions about inclusivity on campus with the UCLan Sport team, but also our disabled rep Rainbow, and members from the LGBTQ+ society, and the Islamic Society, which showed that there was room for improvement in terms of inclusivity on campus.

I have used my officer budget to buy prizes for students who fill out the survey, with a prize draw happening at the end of June. Prizes include FitBits, vouchers from JD, Office, and Apple, self-care boxes, and many more! 

Following on from this survey, I will be updating the UCLan Sport team with results at our regular meetings, and work together with them to make our gyms as safe and inclusive as they can be. 

I have a few ideas in the works for what's to come next academic year in terms of inclusivity and engagement which I am super excited for, so keep an eye out for them!!
