Hi,

I'm Luke. I started my UCLan journey back in 2020 and my university experience very quickly became different from what I'd originally imagined. I think those years of COVID definitely left a lasting impression on all of us. But, with things back to 'normal' I really believe that this is the year to bring back the community feel that our university once had. This year, I'm committed to creating more opportunities for students to make friends and find their voice.

I also want to make it much easier for students to actually be heard. To do this, I'm reviewing the processes of how change is made within our union and the university as a whole and adjusting them to make change more accessible for students.

Everything I do this year will be focused on making student life much better and helping you make the changes YOU want to see at our university come to life!

I'm so honoured to have been put into this position by you and I promise not to let you down!
