Peer Assisted Clinical Teaching Society (PACTS)

About us

The Peer Assisted Clinical Teaching Society (PACTS) was created with the aim of delivering free weekly teaching sessions to prepare students for medical finals. This society is run by a group of final-year medical students that are passionate about passing on their knowledge and experience to other students.

We run our teaching sessions every Wednesday from 7-8 pm on Microsoft Teams and cover a range of medical and surgical specialities every week. Feel free to check our upcoming teaching sessions on our Facebook page and Instagram page.

Sign up here for free access to materials/powerpoints from our sessions! These will be sent out by email each week.

Membership sign up here for FREE, great for CV and applications.

Disclaimer: We are students ourselves and still learning whilst teaching through PACTS during our degrees. We base our content on UK guidelines, NICE guidelines, and UK association published guidelines. We always recommend you check your local guidance before providing and assessing care for patients. Our lectures do not replace any of your formal teachings and are to be taken as informal resources. We do not speak on behalf of UCLan or UCLan SU as an organisation.
